FX Airguns unveiled their new Leopard airgun at the IWA 2025 show this week.
The FX Leopard - full specifications can be seen below - is described by the Swedish gunmaker as "the best of FX innovation in one compact, high-performance platform" and incorporates a rear-mounted plenum hidden in the butt stock.
The Bottle version of the new bullpup combines the wrap-around-barrel air cylinder seen on the FX Panthera and DRS with a carbon fibre bottle to deliver up to 890cc air capacity for a huge shot count. The Tube version just has the wrap-around-barrel cylinder and features a full-length Arca rail with M-LOK slots.
Available in Compact, Standard and Sniper models, which have 500, 600 and 700mm barrels respectively, the FX Leopard is a highly versatile platform. The 500 version has the FX Superior STX barrel liner while the 600 and 700 versions have the Superior Heavy for optimal performance with slug ammunition.
Calibre options include .177, .22, .25 and .30, and high power models of the FX Leopard are capable of producing muzzle energy in excess of 120ft/lb.
Driven by a sidelever action, the compact FX Leopard bullpup runs a magazine that can hold slugs up to 13mm in length. Other features include AMP MkIIĀ regulator, FX Quick-Tune system, adjustable two-stage trigger, FX UG1 pistol grip and 20 MOA Picatinny scope rail.
